I have a custom intercooler for sale that i got in a group buy not too long ago here on H-T. Selling because college is taking all my money. As you can tell, i removed the cut fins on the top and bottom of the intercooler and it has never been installed. More info on the intercooler can be found at the following link. Tyrus at homemadeturbo.com. The welds are excelent as you can see and the intercooler was tested at 28 psi for 10 minutes before it left the shop.
