Default swapping ITR master cylinder

Hello, I have a 96 Integra LS, I recently just swapped out my master and booster to a ITR master and booster. I noticed that the hard line adapters don't thread in. The adapter is not the same thickness. What adapter do I need to make the ITR master work in my Integra??.

I believe the earlier ITRs had different size ports on the MC. One port is 10mm and the other is 12mm I think. The later ITRs were the same size on both ports.

I just did this swap on my EK. I bought an MC from an '01 ITR and everything screwed in without an issue.

The only issue I have come across when swapping was trying to use 97 MC with 98-up Booster. If you use 97 MC you need a 97 booster and same with 98 and up. I used a 97 MC on my first 96 Civic and used a 98 MC with my current 96 civic. Both had no issues with brake lines.

Only thing I could think of would be the MC and booster not matching up?? Or MAYBE OP is worried about making the brake lines match up perfect. I recall needing to bend the lines a bit to get them to line up with the ITR MC holes.

I was able to use the ITR MC without swapping the booster, too. My '96 EX was originally equipped with ABS however.

My '96 EX was not equipped with ABS so I swapped the booster to make it all match up perfect. '96 was an odd year.

Very weird apparently!

My engine bay is a rats nest of brake lines due to the ABS pump. I can't wait to remove it!

I can imagine thinking back to my Integra that had ABS. Yank that crap out.

Have you dealt with the passenger side axle yet? Something like 3 options and it was a pain finding the right one.

ya '96 is an odd year. Just little things here and there stand out when comparing them to 97-00. Nothing too difficult. Just different.
