Car stopped running about 5 months ago and wouldnt start again found it had jumped timing after retiming it with a new belt and water pump and pulley It sounds like this. The car was full of oil and only pushed 5lbs of boost. To me it sounds like a rod knock but maybe some of you know better than I do.
