Default No crank/No start

I've recently purchased a 1990 Honda Accord. I woke up one morning and my car wouldn't do anything to start. The lights come on, the door dings, windows roll down, fuel pump primes, new starter, battery is good. I think I've ruled it down to a clutch safety switch or the CKP. Anyone have any advice?

I've tried getting the clutch switch off to bypass it and see if it would start but I can't get my hands into the stupid amount of space under the dash.

See if you got 12v power to the small connector that goes to the starter when you turn the ignition to start.
