Default Stock B16a2 Turbo

I am new here at HondaTech, and somewhat a noob in turbocharging. But yes for the past month i have been researching and researching about turbocharging my b16 and i just need help from you guys to make everything clear.

I have a all stock b16a2. It just got a K&N Intake. No cams, no nothing all stock. I've freed up some cash and i want to boost it. Power goals should be around 250-300hp. I've heard b16's have really strong internals, but i want to know how long they would last and how reliable they are when i boost it. This will be my DAILY DRIVER, so yes I want it to be reliable and that's why the power goals are not off the charts. It's got about 90,000km (not miles) already, i would say still pretty healthy. What do i need to achieve these goals? Do i need to change the pistons and rods at the least? What size injectors is sufficient for this build? Do I need to upgrade my suspension, brakes, etc? And finally, how much will everything cost including the tune?

Any help and informative answers would be much appreciate! God speed

you're asking us how long it will last? this can't be answered... the way of dealing with this concern, is to keep the power conservative. (200-300whp)

I did state the power goal to be around the 250hp mark. I just posted this thread to be clear and stated my specs as specific as possible sir. I did see the posts on here about b16 stock turbos and some say it will be fine on stpck internals but would definitely need a great tune but some say the bottom end cant handle it and would give way sooner or later. So thats why I posted this thread to clarify what I would need or if it would be safe to run boost on my setup. I dont know much about turbocharging and would like the opinions of people much knowledgable than me on whats best to do with my engine.

And by me asking how long it would last, my bad. I am actually just asking if it would reliable to boost it with stock internals and it being my dd. I wont race it, its just for my satisfaction on the street.
