i took it to get the code read and it said it was p1509 which was IAC Valve Circuit Failure, i already replaces my IAC valve, but i still am having the same problem. I really want to know what part i have to replace to fix this.

Did you reset the ECU to see whether the code returns? If so, check whether the IACV on the throttle body has a 2- or 3-wire connector. Post a picture.
