No voltage to crank sensor 2001 Honda Accord

No voltage to crank sensor 2001 Honda Accord
Car will not start and with the key on I'm not getting any voltage to the crank sensor harness. I'm also getting 1.4 mega ohms from the end of the harness to the ECU fuse. Is that normal? The main relay is good. What could be the problem? Does anyone have a wiring diagram?
