Default 93 Civic - stalling problem

So I got this EJ1 not too long ago and it's been great up until I noticed after stalling out one day due to my fault that it wouldnt start back up turning the key. I waited about 2 mins and tried again and it started up no issue. I try it again on purpose at home and sure enough same situation. I took my car to the car wash and the guy stalls out and sure enough happens again. I then thought it might be the rubber gromet when you push in the clutch but its still there and I stall it out on purpose again and now it doesn't want to start when I turn the key. The car has a alarm and kill switch and remote start. It now only starts when I remote start it.. any ideas would be appreciated.

"93 Civic Help please" is not an acceptable title. Add required car information.
