BRMS ac/ps compatible D-series ramhorn
Anyone have any pictures of this manifold installed? I know they went out of business. Just wanted to get some ideas of how folks ran their oil return, downpipe, and ic tube. Thank you
I'm going to point you in the direction of this post, which, had you searched, you would have found pretty easily.
2 particular reasons.
1) Their "A/C compatible" kooks manifolds don't allow for any clearance for water lines, whether you're using a GT Ball-bearing or journal bearing turbocharger.
2) It also puts the compressor cover unreasonably close to the webbing to where you're really limited to only T04E compressor covers, even if there is room below the runners themselves for a T04S. The others listed allow for a T04S.
Here's an example of Revillusion's BRMS manifold. This fits Way too close to the block itself, being a T04E cover.

Although they say A/C Compatible, it makes me think that it was designed only for 5 bolt Ford-SVO style housings. There has to be some adjustment for the T31 4 bolts housings.

No provisions for a good block adapter water fitting kit

BRMS has much better business practices than SLS, (which I used to try to work with for a LONG time), but it reminds me of rushing to making a Kooks manifold, "just so that they can make one too." No disrespect for them, as from seeing them personally the build quality is solid, just no regard for other extras that a turbo user may need. If one wants to label this as a "gripe", this is the only one.

The desires manifold fits nothing the the pic posted.
OP you will need a smaller sized waste gate, a tial with block the lines for the compressor.
