Default JBM B18C Swap jerking on low RPM

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me.. So here is the scenario. 4 months ago my IDLE was high and going up and down.. I cleaned the FITV and TB but no luck.. Then I replaced the TPS with an advance auto parts brand the idle problem stopped..

NEW PROBLEM THOUGH...
When I downshift on any gears and let the throttle off when the RPM reaches 3k and below the car begins to jerk! The only way to stop the jerking is to put it on neutral or shift 1 gear up.. putting gas only minimizes the jerking problem... Is there something I did wrong ? Is there a calibration or something ? My car is OBD1 and tuned by crome by 1 of my friends. Please advise

Thanks in advance

Yes the TPS does have to be calibrated. The procedure is simple and can be easily found with a quick search here.
