So my rear driver window hasn't worked since I bought it, been too lazy to fix it. The motor works, you can hear the motor try to roll up and down. The window is in track, the regulator works, aswell as the switch. I believe this to be a 'mechanical' part issue, not a 'electrical'

However, there is a white plastic piece at the top of the metal door panel, that is broken - I will try to get pictures of this tomorrow. There is also a metal wire exposed, which has a small '****' on the end of the wire, that seems its disconnected from something.From my understanding, this metal wire is what rolls the window up and down, like a pulley system in a way. What part would i need to replace to 'fix' this?
