Hey I have a 98 Honda Civic dx. It has a rough idle problem. I replace fuel injectors, spark plugs, idle control valve, iacv, and tp sensor brand new distributor. It's still idling bad. It idles while in park and while at a stop light it honesty feels like there's two people f#*€ing in the back of my car because it idles like it want to go somewhere. Check engine is on and it's reading the map code. It had a vaccum leak where the throttle body was cause the little rubber piece was worn out and cracked up. But I fixed it. Don't know how else to get it to stop. Just wondering if it's just doing that because of the map sensor or if there's something that's making the map sensor go off causing it to idle.

 

Exactly what code is being thrown? Is your car completely stock? Tell us what color the three wires going into your MAP sensor are.
