What are your goals?

What is your budget?

Are you doing the work yourself?

Intake header and exhaust are usually the first three mods. Most times they net very little gain without tuning. Sure it will sound more agressive and the *** dyno will think you added 20-30whp. But put it on the rollers and some actually see a decrease in power and efficiency. Honda did a great job of tuning these engines and the supporting parts.

Now if you have a budget to start changing the engine internals and tuning, I.E. camshafts and an tunable ECU. You will start to see more gains to go along with the larger intake and exhuasts.

It's all about the goals and the budget! if you need this for a reliable daily driver just remember this,

Fast and Reliable is Not Cheap!
Cheap and Fast is not Reliable!
Reliable and Cheap is Not Fast!

Just not sure wut mani to get. I also had questions about my head? It's a pde hf1!?? With a stamp of 00 6 c? But thought that it should be a p13/p5m!!!??? Thanks for the help

What intake manifold do you have, stock H22A4?

From what I have seen the PDE heads came on the late model H22A4 engines in the US (00-01). Have to check the intake and exhaust port finish and the camshafts to see if it is a Euro-R.

The options for intakes are endless for the H22. Check the all motor forum and look at what guys are using. There is everything from the stock Euro R to a ported Euro-R, gutted H22/H23 intakes and now some K series intakes are available with the use of an H2K adapter plate.

ITB's with a closed plenum setup would be my suggestion!
