does your car seem like its running rich? the high HC are cause of incomplete combustion. check MAP sensor, Ignition (plugs, wires, distributor cap & rotor), Ignition timing, check for vacuum leaks....

Smells like gas a lil bit, not really any other signs no smoke etc., runs good. I'll put all new ignition stuff on it.

When's the last time you changed your air filter?
Oxygen sensor?

When you got to the test site, was the engine warmed up?
Did you test right away OR did you turn the car off and have to wait?

I'm looking at your High CO%.

It's a short ram with a aftermarket filter I got with the car, exhaust O2s both came with the swap never touched em. They are wired in proper. It was warmed up but not entirely maybe 20 min of driving and not running for 10-15 for the wait.

In my opinion, your HCs aren't grossly terrible. A cold catalytic converter might have been the issue.
That 15 min of waiting with the car off was probably enough to cool down the catalytic converter (especially with the winter weather).

You just added more info.
This engine is a swap?
What engine and ECU do you have? - they tested for a 1.5 liter.

Yea I posted that with the result picture. B16a first gen obd0 pr3. I said 1.6 but the vin woulda came up 1.5... Canadian tire ya kno, I'm not 100% sure but I think the test are all the same, no matter 1.5 or 1.6, It's a 2 speed idle "BUT I COULD BE WRONG" I donno...

Ah - didn't see the writing above the picture. I see it now

I think I would be trying to get the CO% under control.
Running rich will lead to failing both HC and CO%.

It could pass simply by making sure the engine is at operating temp when you test.
-Make sure you have a thermostat installed.
-Make sure you have a thermostat so the engine can get to normal operating temp.
-Don't shut down the engine while waiting to test.

If you want to be more prepared to pass;
Check the condition of the spark plugs. They should be a toasty light brown.
While the plugs are out, do a compression test.
Check timing (don't forget to disable electronic ignition advance with the service connector).
New PCV.
New O2 sensors - when they get old, they can get lazy and not throw a check engine light, but will effect emissions.
Leaking fuel injectors can also lead to failing HC and CO%.

Thank ya, I'll go over all that. I just got this new exhaust too, not even a quarter tank of gas thru this cat.. If that means anything, and this motor was said to be sitting awhile. I have gone thru my cam and dizzy timing I was advanced 2 degrees, just after the test. and I just skipped the exhaust cam back a tooth. That was before the test. This is my first test with a motor that I never even put 100 km on. starts and idles fine no complaints in that department. I thank ya'll fur the help and advice 👌🏻
