Default ITR clutch master cylinder?

I have a 97 civic dx, with ITR motor and tranny (brand new ITR clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing). The clutch pedal seems soft compared to other Type Rs. Will it make a difference if I swap in a ITR clutch master cylinder? Will my clutch pedal feel stiffer if I use the ITR clutch master cylinder?

All Honda Civic's DX, EX, & Si use the 5/8" cylinder (Part no. 46920-S04-C01) . But I know Interga's are larger (Part. no 46920-ST7-A01)

Default Re: ITR clutch master cylinder? (utboi)

I already replied to this post in some other forum (damn, you posted this everywhere!), but to actually answer your question.......yes, it should help significantly. If the massah cylinders are different diameters, then use the one meant for the Integra tranny/clutch, namely the Integra master cylinder.

On the other hand, if you ever plan on going FI and will need a stiffer clutch, then a smaller diameter cylinder would probably be desirable!
