Brake pedal going to floor after new mc
Hello everyone!
New to this site but I'm getting desperate! I have a 95 civic that's I've been struggling with! Friday I swapped out my stock spindles for some drop spindles everything went well. Took it for a test drive and brake pedal went to the floor with almost zero stopping power. So I replaced MC twice. Bench bleeding both times. No fix. Bled my brakes about 15 times using the right sequence and still no fix. Check for leaks everything's dry. Got new calipers. Still no fix. Brake booster is working fine because when car is off my pedal is stiff then when I turn it on is when it goes to the floor. I have no idea what to do and any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Did you bench bleed the MC?
When I replaced my MC, ( I didn't bench bleed) It took a lot to get all the air out.
my *guess* is you still have a **** load more to get out. Just keep at it, you'll get it.

I was going to suggest the same. I've replaced 2 mc on different cars, turns out I didnt bleed them properly. The procedure is floatin around there somewhere
Also consider the slave cylinder, get all that old stuff out. if you've done that there are a few adjustment you can make. But i just realized if there was a particle in the line it could be caught up at the slave insert nipple. hope this helps.
Yessir. I bought a remanufactured one and bench bled it through it on thought I got a dud so took it back and bought a new one. Bench bled that one also and pedal still goes to floor!😩
I have not checked my slave cylinder had no idea that could affect my braking. First thing I will check tomorow when I'm off work.
Update
I plugged up the whole on my mc for front brakes, and brake stiffness came back. So as far as I know rear brakes are fine. It's the front ones that have no pressure. Bled the fronts for an hour tapping calipers and lines to get out bubbles but still no luck.

Take a hose and run it from the farthest rear caliper to the master cylinder reservoir creating a loop in the system. Pump as you normally would, once the air is gone from the rear line you have bled the master while on the car. Do the same procedure for all corners. Moving the hose to each caliper and looping to the reservoir.
It's possible, however you would see fluid leaking down/a puddle under the spot.
Are you bleeding by yourself, or do you have a helper?
if alone grab someone and have the pump the pedal while you look at the caliper.

And yes got them for a dx hatchback since autozone couldn't pull up coupe calipers for some reason.
Update
I replaced both front brake hoses, master cylinder, and bled the system fully again with a vacuum bleeder. Still not getting any better. I don't understand I basically have a new brake system but no brakes.

You said you replaced the spindles. Kind of a long shot but are the wheel bearings ok? Maybe the rotor is moving and pushing the pads back? Do you get pressure when bleeding the brakes when the car is stationary?
I haven't checked the bearings, the spindles wer used when I got them so just kept the same bearings that were in there. I screwed both rotors down pretty tight. No, no pressure stationary or when the cars driving...tomorrow I'm going to be changing the brake booster. Getting desperate now lol
