Default Suspension Help!!!!!

Hey there everyone,

**I know this a subject that always gets talked about, but I need help**

I have been trying to figure out which coil over suspension to upgrade too. I have been reading tons and tons of forums on it and all hear about is function and forum and ground control. And I can't make my mind up, I am looking for a set up for daily driver and in the near future weekend warrior track days. I am not trying slammed my car, I am trying to keep at a simple tuned ride height. If you have function forum or ground control please let me know what you think of them. Or if you have any other recommendations would be helpful.

Thanks in advance!

So your plan was to skip the suspension forum and post in GDD. Hope you like steak cause you best pepper your Angus.

You don't need coilovers. You can probably get a decent set of shocks with lowering springs for about $600, and for your purposes it'll be fine.

IMO,

No sleeves ever. You want to drop on the cheap? Run shorter springs. Non-adjustable.

Got some doe? Real coilovers. You'll be happy with anything at least or above 250 lb/in front, 150 lb/in rear spring rates I would say. Stay under 500 lb/in front 300 lb/in rear or it may be too stiff for your liking for street.
