93 CIVIC 1.6 ... cranks weak like batt is weak\low but then it starts after a sec of cranking checked battery its at 12.5v and checked starter its pulling propper amps all grounds and connections are good without corrosion or being lose IDK what the heck is going on any help would be appreciated

 

May be your starter itself going bad, try another starter and see if it does any difference

Yep it was starter it wouldn't start last night had to smak the starter a few times to get it to start lol
