Default 97 coupe with some front end damage

Ok I have a 97 coupe with some front end damage. A friend of mine wants to sell me a 99-00 front end with core support for $100, fenders hood lights bumper. I wanna get it and was wondering if I get the bumper support or crash bar or whatever will it all line up with no peoblems. Will it fit with no modifications no cutting or drilling

if you had read most of the guides found in google how to convert to a 99-00 frontend you'll know that you have all that you need.

Can you replace something that's welded on, without any cutting or drilling?

I'm gonna sit back and let you think about that for a second.

Ok I googled this and only thing I came up with was a guy who said the crash bars were the same for 96-00. I was just trying to make sure it was. That piece isn't coming with the stuff I'm getting from my friend

My fault I should've said modifications to the bumper. Of course I gotta drill out the welds for the rad support

There's an easy way to find out if something is compatible. It's not foolproof (there can be false negatives), but when it says yes, the answer is yes, period. First, find the part number. In this case, assuming you're talking about the bumper, that's 71130-S01-A01ZZ. Part #5 in this diagram.

Now punch that part number in Google. One of the first few results will be from hondapartsnow.com. Go there, and scroll down. It'll show you every year, model, and trim that that particular part number is used in. In this case, all trims, all body types, 96-00 are all the same.

And now you know how to get this information for yourself in the future.

Thanks a lot. I didn't think to look up the part numbers and part number 5 was the part I was talking about
