I have a 2005 accord ex v6 and I have the same problem. When I turn the car off and turn it back on, the TCS light goes off, and the engine light stays on, but it'll eventually go off over the next couple of hours or a couple of days after turning car off and on from running errands, etc. I've been dealing with this issue for 2+years now.
