Any one know how to turn of the SRS light ina 96 Accord? This light came on in my dads car and he took it to the dealership and they told him it would be around $300 to turn it off, some kinda maintenence or something. What a rip.

Anyways if you know what I'm talking about can you help me out ...

well- for 300$ there is probably a failed component in the system- resetting the light will do nothing- it will come back on- depending on what code it has. Why don't you enlighten me with the code?
