I'm trying to work on my 2002 Acura rsx type s but I'm having issues with the vtec solenoid. I've had issues with losing power and my check engine light on for the cam sensors. A mechanic told me to take off the vtec solenoid and replace the gasket and o ring but I noticed the piston is stuck. I've tried using brake cleaner but I can't get it loose. Any ideas other than just replacing the part?
