Car Problems

Ok, lately my car runs sluggish. Also my tranny shifts kinda stift. Like it takes a little extra muscle to put it in gear. Could the two be related? Any ideas?? Thanks.

are you low on oil? need a tune up? could be a number of things. need more info

I wanna say 93 Octane Exxon. I am 90% sure it is 93octane.

time for a tune up bro. as for the tranny...it shouldn't be related. so maybe u need to flush ur tranny fluid...and get a tune up.

I don't think I am low on oil. Tune up?? Possibly, but i doubt it. I think I might do a compression test. Does anybody think that will be necessary? And what should the compression read?? I read something in my Haynes manual about the clutch could cause the engine to feel weak, but i have no experience with it. That's where you guys come in.
