Hi I'm having ignition problems. The car will occasionally not start. I know the main relay is good (fuel pump will prime). Is there any way to check the key ignition? I won't be able to get to testing till the 25th and 26th. Just trying to get a jump on things. Thanks

 

 

Do the testing and then return with useful information.

 

I'm getting continuity on all the tests.

 

The tests only yield useful information when the engine won't start.

 

Any tests I could do to diagnos the ignition system?

 

Only when engine won't start. Otherwise, the results are meaningless.

 

Give the key a little wiggle when it's in the ignition, even when the car is running. See if you get it to crap out.
