Default 94 Prelude clutch issue.

Okay so I have a 1994 prelude si, h23a1, hydraulic clutch, with 195,000 miles, bought the car at 160,000 miles I have never replaced the clutch not sure if previous owners have.

So the other day my clutch started grabbing from right at the bottom normally it grabs at the top, still worked fine for a few days. Then it was having trouble getting into gear it would grind a bit and was tough to get into any gear, I assumed the clutch was going.

Come to find out the clutch fluid or hydraulic fluid whatever it is used for (its a a little reservoir next to the master cylinder and takes DOT3 OR 4 brake fluid) was empty I filled it up and pumped the clutch for a while now it works fine. The fluid was near black looked very dirty and it was empty. Does that normally empty itself like that? Could I have a leak? And should i change the fluid since it looks so dirty?

It is absolutely NOT normal. You need to look for leaks. Yes, change the fluid... sounds like you are loooong overdue.
