I got my car tune a few weeks ago by Payne Tech in MI before I install the MSD ignition system. With the MSD igntion on, do I have to re-tune or re-gap the spark plugs.

No retuning neccessary. Just gap the plugs with a wider gap, something in the neighborhood of .035"~.040".

 

My current spark plug gap is around there already. I'm experiencing popping noise between 2nd and 3rd gear. Looks like the car is misfiring. Do I need to do anything else because I would hate to go back for tuning for such a small upgrade.
