Icon5 Wiring guru needed

hello Honda tech, I recently bought a running ej2 for dirt cheap basically a fixer upper. so the head gasket is going out and for some reason he had a "kill switched installed" which was really odd because he wired it straight to the fuel pump as I am working on the car cleaning it up I realize that the guy hooked up the switched because the pump wasn't turning on. so as I am doing the basic diagnostic, checked every fuse from under the dash to under the hood all fuses good, then i suspected the main relay, so I jump the wires from 1 to 7 and 5 to 7 and check for power at the fuel pump, and im not getting power to my pump. so i just need some help and someone correct me
does the wiring go from

battery -----hood fuse---dash fuse---main relay ----then ecu ---pump?

im just trying to figure out where im losing my connection i checked my ground on thermostat housing(gonna re ground it to see tomorrow)

i would really like some input

Umm....there is no wire from behind the radio. There is the the firewall harness that is attached to the firewall that sits behind the dash and is hard to get to.

Start by checking whether main relay pins 1 and 5 get battery voltage from fuses 31 and 24.

Do a continuity test on the wire that runs from the main relay to the fuel pump.

yeah I check for continuity after the main relay there is power leaving to the fuel pump wire but after that once I check at the pump I get no power, still haven't took the car apart yet im guessing somewhere in between the main relay and fuel pump the wire burnt out because of the previous owner ghetto rigging it
