Failing New jersey emissions

To my understanding there are 4 parts. 2 under idle and 2 under high idle
So im failing under idle. Hc ppm 396. shud be 220 and CO% 2.34 shud be 1.20
Ive gone 4 times and also failed under high idle for the Hc ppm.
this time i just failed the 2 under idle and passed the high idle. i put 2 bottle of iso heat in it what helped me pass. and i guess helped me with the hc ppm. it was at 500 the last time and this time 396. basically I'm just looking how to get thru. denature alcohol? idk what do u guys think. i have an exhaust leak where my headers meet my down pipe that wouldn't do anything would it? any other info you need lmk.

 

Post the actual sheet, and fix the exhaust leak.
