I need to make one, the oem one is really warped from water leakage. I was thinking maybe cutting one out of plastic or something that doesn't absorb water

Yes these 3 rectangles are places where to glue foam spacers and the round ones are holes for OEM plastic clips. I could add some notes to it.

I made mine some years ago from moisture resistant plywood and it holds good. Even fixing leaks there are lot of condensation moisture as the large trunk lid catches moisture and water drips. The cabin ventilation for DelSol is poor.
