Try posting in the Integra section. Basic questions can be answered there. This section is kinda for more in depth technical discussions.
Did you see my response in your other thread here?

If you get cams your more than likely going to need a tune. Ppl use all motor cams for turbo applications to.

Here's my setup
LS
I/H/E
B16 Pistons
Crower 404
Tuned on Crome by Me

157.6 whp
133.3 ft-lb

So the crower 404? I was getting the 403 and the b16 pistons because the CTR are to big and its hard to find a good tunning place around here

Cant go wrong with either cams. I went with 404's because i got a deal on them. But if you cant get anyone to tune or come to you to tune, the 404's may not be a good choice because you may encounter idling/starting problems (Took me a while to get the 404 to idle correctly). Make sure to upgrade your valve springs for your cams if it recommends it.

Some people can get the 404's idling above 1k rpm without tuning, but tuning should be done either way. I got mine to idle around 700-900 rpm with proper tuning.

Buddy of mine have same setup like mine, but with 403's and ran 14.0 flat on 1/4 mile in a crx. Never dyno'd his car though.

As for IHE there's no right or wrong combinations. It's all trail an error, but use common sense when picking out parts or research. If your getting a quiet muffler like the apexi or yonaka style they are more restricted than a fart can because of internal designs. As far as intake wise, just buy one. Headers have a lot more science behind it, but cant go wrong with a PLM headers. GL...

P.S.
LS motor wont make much power top end. I'd suggest going boost with a LS. Just my .02 cents.

And if you insist on staying NA LS i'd suggest getting a higher compression pistons than the b16 oem pistons. b16 oem pistons yeild around 10.8-11.0 compression. I'd suggest going 12.1 compression with cams and a proper tune.

I'd probably stick with 403's if your going with b16 pistons. But if you go with higher compression the 404's. Regardless of which cams your more than likely need a tune anyways to run correctly.

you would want your dynamic cr to be in the mid 10s to my understanding. piston choice will depend on cam choice but id say that b16 piston will get u close. itr will be just a bit less cr they have less dome but more comp height reducing piston to deck. I would clay the motor with 404s just to be sure

Cam gears makes a different, but should be adjusted on dyno during tuning. My settings on my 404's where +2IN +2EX (Degrees). Any other settings lost power. I didnt gain much but 2-3whp up top, but car pulled way better. Didnt over lap chart so not sure how much i gained on the lower rpm.

On my gsr engine i however gained 5whp on cam gears adjustments and feel a lot better.
