hey guys i got a 99 integra ls. 160k. pretty much full bolt ons and i have crower stage one NA cams sittin in my basement but i just bought a turbo kit for a good price and am going to be puttin that on. What im wondering is if anyone has ever ran these cams with a turbo and if so what kinda numbers they made. Theyre still brand new in box and really wanted to use them but will def be selling them for more turbo parts if theyre not going to work well with my setup.

The stage 1 na cams wont do a whole lot for you, maybe a little bump in power and a few extra rpm with valve springs & retainers.

the best cams for the LS are the 303's which i carry. Im not saying this to make money im stating my experience which is why i decided to continue the production of the cams. they are regrinds made by JG but they disscontinued them. i was able to source a set and have them reproduced. go into the LST forum and ask about these cams. They will back me up.

If you dont want to bother with selling and repurchasing thats fine also. the na cams can be used but dont expect a whole lot of extra power out of them. Whats is the turbo kit consist of?

i got it used with a turbonetics t3/t4, tial waste gate, 2 and 3/4 downpipe. blox manifold, and all the piping and IC, not sure what brand blow off valve. i would just get a vtec head but i doubt i can run to 8k with a stock bottom end.

you can run to 8k with stock bottom end. the main limiting factor is the ringlands on the LS bottom end. If its healthy you can do 300-325whp on it. as long as its not going to be road raced and constantly at 8k rpm
