Default 01 GSR idle

Okay so I have a 2001 GSR and recently I had a skunk2 intake manifold installed. Long story short by the time the manifold was installed ,throttle body, connected and sensors calibrated ,we realized I didn't have the suggested type r throttle cable and bracket. After a while of grinding and dremeling we managed to try my old gsr cable to fit so the car would at least be drivable. On the Initial first start idle was a little rough but with the adjustment in the idle screw I was down to normal 750 than 1500 on a warm motor. However after using a timing gun we noticed my timing was a bit off and after adjusting the car ran fine for about thirty minutes. RPMS started sticking especially in neutral they wouldn't drop until the car was completely stopped. Dropping from 2k to 1400. Noticing I was almost home I decided to go for a little pull. * I don't race , usually always granny shift, basically don't beat on the car. Now when I dropped my foot on the acceleration I noticed I wasn't pulling nearly like I was prior to the install. In fact after barely getting to 5000 rpm my check engine light came on for the first time. Since this time I reset the ecu and manages to get the check engine off and idle rpm to go 1000 on cold start and 750 warm. However, after a short drives the throttle was yet again sluggish and sticky, check engine is back, and a weird air noise when accelerating and partially when parked. I'm wondering if my timing adjustment has caused this to be worse. I looked for vaccuum leaks but could not find any. I replaced my pvc because my old one has gone bad during the install. I have ordered the new throttle cable and bracket but in the mean time any suggestions.
I plan on unplugging and cleaning my IACV when I can and checking the hoses again.
Any help to drop my idle , get my car running well again, and overall tips would be fantastic

I'll upload videos so you guys can hopefully hear the air sounds and possible wrong timing.

Default Re: 01 GSR idle

Make sure the throttle cable is not to tight causing the throttle to not shut properly causing sticking and reving issues.

Double check for vacume leaks around the filter to any ports that may have been left open for vacume lines.

Is this the pro series or ultra manifold?

Did you ever check the code ? it would have pointed you in the right directon never clear it and not check it its telling you whats wrong.
