I have a bad shake when braking around 40 mph and below only

 

Have the front rotors machined with an on-the-car brake lathe. That will most likely take care of it. If not, at least you have eliminated the most likely cause.

 

Warped rotors would be most apparent when applying the brake. Examine your suspension for any play in the ball joints or tie rods. Check your cv's too as worn units can cause that.

 

Come on, at least provide us with a vehicle and history of the problem. There are millions of potential causes for this type of problem. Follow the posting rules, and provide proper information!

 

A millions causes? I have new upper and lower ball joint and new inner and outer tierods. A new tire on my passenger front and an worn driver side front tire. Could a worn rack and pinion cause this? Ive been having the car since 07 and as far as I kno its never been changed before I had it..
I put EBC rotors on in 2013.
And also had to change one of my rear calipers cause it wasnt plunging recently this year

 

Is this on a Ford F-150?

Lets be realistic. We're on a Honda page so noone on here should have anything to ask about a Ford. 1996 Honda Accord Ex coupe 2.2L Vtec.
Didnt kno Hondas could be so different from one another besides stuff like rotors that have to be pressed on(Accords have to be pressed between hub and the knuckle)and ones that dont..... The exact day I put the rotors on was Feb 8, 2013

 

Let's be realistic, no one knows what you drive, because you have failed to mention it. Its pretty hard to give good VEHICLE SPECIFIC advice, when you fail to identify your vehicle.

There are several vehicles that used a trapped rotor design, where the wheel hub has to be pressed out to remove the rotor from the vehicle.

Now, again with the lack of good diagnostic information on your end, when did this problem start? What was the last thing done to the car prior to this problem occurring. Since you have failed to provide basic problem history, start with that first.

 

I would have went to model-specific if I knew I couldnt get basic answers here nonetheless You know what.. Conversation over.
