91 Civic - Problem with lights

Headlights work
Dash lights work on first click but not with headlights
Tail lights off with headlights on

Light switch is broken.

I just fixed mine.

1991 honda civic.

Is the bulb good in the hazard switch?
I discovered a lot if things go odd if that bulb is no good.
