I have a b20b dual cam in my 98 civic si, i live in canada nl and there is no places to tune my car. has a 60mm garret turbo, runing a aem ecu. trying to get 250+ hp out of her, i am wondering if i could ship my ecu or do something without bring the car out of the province to get it tune. thanks in advanced

 

No. Some tuners offer tuning over the internet where they send you calibrations. You street test them, datalog and send them the results, update, repeat.

Best is to have it towed to the closest dyno.
