Default best ecu for the job?

I have a 98 gsr turbo. Had the engine rebuilt due to a small case of blow by. Now that it is built, I keep having trouble with the map sensor blowing out. I need a 3 bar sensor and a ecu to read it. What is the best ecu for the job? AYA racing in grand rapids MI has a mustang dyno and he uses unchip and when I spoke with him he said that it has all the cpapabilities of a hondata and he will tune it for me. Should I go with that or get my own ecu and have him tune that?
