yellow triangle light is on and the TCS light
I have a 2005 Honda Accord EX V.6......My check engine light had been coming on and off for about 2 months and the code kept saying 02 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 Needed replacing...So Yesterday I had the 02 sensor changed in it at a local mechanic shop. he cleared all codes but at the time my engine light wasn't on when I dropped the car off...I go to pick up my car and now my yellow triangle light is on and the TCS light comes on. He said he didn't understand why they were coming on he checked for a code but was showing nothing and had cleared all codes earlier when he changed 02 Sensor. I have never had these 2 lights come on since I've owned the car and they don't know what the problem is either but I am more upset because the 2 lights were not on when I dropped my car to them and have no answers to what the problem is. I then left there and went to my Honda Dealer ship and told them what was going on of course they don't know either without putting it on there special Honda code machine for 110.00 so I am trying to avoid this if possible ....thanks for your help
Go to Autozone, auto parts stores, etc. to see if their OBD-II reader/scanner can read the SRS/TCS trouble code(s), then post the trouble code number(s). In most states, they will read it for no charge.
The local mechanic shop where you went probably did not have an OBD-II reader/scanner capable of reading the SRS/ABS/TCS trouble codes; however, there are many shops that have capable scanners, not just the Honda dealership.

Ok Thank I will go by there today...but the mechanic shop did have a big machine that looked like it would do more then auto zone's can...and my check engine light is not on either and most of the time that's the only time Auto zone can find anything but will check...the only code the mechanic shop was coming up with was Sensor Logic Failure (84-1) but when I went to the honda dealer they said that was not a honda error code when they looked it up ...and that I needed their machine to find out...I am just still puzzled because I didn't have this problem when I dropped my car to have to the 02 Sensor changed (upstream)
TCS Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 84 is TCS pressure sensor neutral position.
The local mechanic shop you previously went to probably can do this for you since they were able to retrieve the code. The TCS pressure neutral position position memorization procedure should be performed after the TCS trouble code is cleared.
1. Have the mechanic clear the TCS trouble code if he hasn't already. Try to clear regardless.
2a If the local mechanic's scan tool can performed the "TCS pressure neutral position position memorization" procedure, have him/her do that. Otherwise, this next step is a workaround that he/she can perform.
2b. (Workaround procedure for 2a) See link:

I found this solution when I was search for answers so I printed it out brought it to the mechanic and he hooked his machine up to it and followed the instructions and it worked my lights (!) and TCS light went off ...he was so happy that he saved the paper that I brought to them incase they ever run into this problem again...its a way to bypass without having Honda doing it with their code reader and charging a fortune for it to clear the code
1. With the ignition switch OFF, connect the HDS to the 16P Data Link Connector (DLC) (A) under the driver's side of the
dashboard.
2. Short the SCS circuit to body ground using the HDS.
3. The HDS screen will display the message: "The SCS line has been shorted. Do you want to leave the SCS line
shorted?" Choose YES.
4. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
5. The ABS indicator comes on for 2 seconds.
6. Push the TCS OFF switch once within 2 seconds after the ABS indicator goes off.
7. Push the TCS OFF switch once within 2 seconds after the ABS indicator comes back on.
8. The TCS activation indicator blinks, and the system starts TCS pressure sensor neutral position memorization.
9. When the ABS indicator, TCS indicator and TCS activation indicator go off, the memorizing is done.
NOTE: On the left bottom side of the HDS screen you will notice "SCS" blinking during steps 4 to 9.
10. Disconnect the HDS from the DLC, or go back into the SCS Menu and remove the short from there.
11. If the indicators do not go off, retry step 10.
