Icon5 Issue about running rich

Hi guys, I can smell my civic is running rich, I am not sure what happen. Everything looks great on the dash, no check lights on and MPG still the same.
Since the car cant pass the smog check, I think maybe is the O2 sensor? I am not sure about it.

Thanks

You thread requires detailed car information.

Also post the CEL codes that repeat after resetting the ECU.

Does the CEL light work?

Post the emissions sheet.

You might want to go re-read the rules sticky before RonJ finds his lock button.
