Default Help! Been battling this stalling / surging problem forever! 95 civic dx

Hey guys so I've been having this consistent problem lately. My vehicle comes raddles and shakes up at stoplights, sometimes in idle, and such. When coming to stoplights I gotta put my baby in neutral so it doesn't stall out on me. If it stalls the following startup is inconsistent. At times it'll start up with no problem then other times it'll be a long crank then finally starts up. I've done a shitload of things with some help from my last thread but I've been busy fr a while so I kinda stepped away.
These are the things I have done:
Replace Icm
Replaced fuel filter
Replaced ignition coil
Complete tuneup
Cleaned iac valve
Cleaned throttle body
Checked for vacuume leaks and none
Replaced o2 sensor
Replaced car converter however those 2 needed to be replaced . Used fuel injector cleaners
Wondering whT else I may possibly do im out of ideas
Ordered an eBay tps for $10 gonna see if this will work.
A while back I read my codes and had a code 41. Primary oxygen sensor heater. So wondering if that has anything to do with my surging issue. Any ideas suggestions or help appreciated !

Is the distributor red inside? Why didn't you post in the tech section? Do you like peppered angus?

The obvious question: are you throwing any codes?

Did you use a timing gun?

The gangbang is coming.

Take it to a competent mechanic.
If your ability to work on cars is congruent with your ability to post in the correct forum, you are hopeless.

Don't worry, the type of car, motor, or any mods done aren't relevant information anyway.

2LEM1 has a good point. What year engine? What year car? Which ECU?

I think you need to replace your Kuhneutson Valve

Kuhneutson Valve - $20.00 : KaleCoAuto.com, Your home for the rare, unusual, and hard to find auto parts.

Jack the car up and look under the transmission, there should be a small red sensor there, make sure it is plugged in.

Replace the coolant temp sensor, about a $20 - $28 part.(Autozone)

I bet it has finally failed and your ECU thinks it is always managing a cold engine. The result is fuel ratios and timing are slightly off.

Cold engine starts are fine. Warm engine starts are bad if at all because too much fuel is being delivered (the ECU thinks it is starting a cold engine and is dumping too much fuel)

This problem will not give you a cel. The car will run like crap.

I have been there with my 93 del sol si.
