This is more of an opinionated thread, nothing technical so yes it belongs in another forum where that can be discussed. FYI, never heard of a honda ecu running another engine and I kinda know why but I'll leave it up to you to figure that one out. Custom swaps such as this require skill, time and money. You haven't provided how you were planning on implanting the swap so this suggests you'll be looking for a shop to handle.
