OBD2b Repinning help?
My brother gave me his 00 civic and he did an auto to manual conversion. He actually put in a obd2a engine, harness, and ecu. With this being done, the rad fan doesnt work, fuel pump doesnt work, and the gauge cluster doesn't work. He never really cared so he just hooked the fuel pump and rad fan up to switches. I have OCD and want everything to work as it is suppose to.
I am told the issue is the dash harness needs to match the obd2a engine, harness and ecu. Others told me to look into repinning certain wires. I cannot find for the life of me any information on what to repin for the obd2b dash harness to work properly with the rest of the obd2a components.
Thanks ahead guys
Kyle

The issue is the engine harness, not the cabin harness. Your car is obd2b, the engine harness is obd2a. Find an obd2b harness and ecu for the swap.
I was again told by multiple people that the main cabin harness is what needs to be switched to obd2a since the engine harness and ecu is already obd2a, it would cheaper to do the harness swap in the cabin
Cheaper, sure. A hell of a lot more work, too. You'll need to pull what amounts to the entire interior, including the dash board, to convert your interior harness. How much do you value your time? An engine harness is the same cost as a dash harness, and an ECU is like, $30.
