If pulling the fuse fixed the drain, and replacing the wiring for your ignition didn't solve the problem, then wouldn't logic dictate that the drain is somewhere in your ignition switch? Seems like a pretty logical next step to me.

0.23 mA draw is exceptionally low. Don't be concerned.

Dude you have two separate issues, although your first one on the original post isn't really a problem.

A parasitic draw of anything less than 30ma should be considered normal on these Hondas. So that's that, its fine.

Now your other post with the operating voltage at/under 12.6v while the engine is running is a simple example of a bad alternator.

I would suggest testing your alternator output(seems like you already did) and replacing it with a good known brand. (Denso)

How old is the battery?

This^ suggests an alternator issue. Nothing you've posted indicates a parasitic drain.

Could it be a connection issue to the alternator though too?

Yes it can. You can ohm or voltage drop the wires for the alternator. But more than likely you need one. How old is the alternator?

So you have a new battery and alternator, and are still getting a battery light and your running voltage is less than 12.6volts?

Hmmmmm...

Can you post a pic of the connections at the alternator? Who installed it?

Are you really that lazy? I'll give you a hint: It would use the belt out of a the same car your engine came out of originally. At least put in a modicum of effort.

I'd just order an oem replacement, not an oem-style replacement. Meaning a parts store.
