When the head overheats it's not just the gasket that goes bad, the head is permanently warped. It either needs to be put in an oven at 500 for some time in between two straight pieces of metal or you need to resurface it. Simply replacing the gasket and cleaning up the surface won't accomplish anything.
You also need to check the block as the above poster said to determine if the block got warped which is more rare but not unheard of.

there could be 2 ways air getting into the coolant.
changed the thermostat,rad and hoses and bleed it for 2 hours.
but stil huge bubbles comming out of the rad.

The times I've had blown head gaskets there's liquid on at least one cylinder, that's how I've know I had a bad gasket. The surface looks great after you cleaned it so you did a great job at that.
Last gasket I did was a single cam with the oem "cardboard" gasket, all I did was clean it the best I could and slapped it back together. For me, as long as it doesn't over heat too bad the head should not be warped. I've done two sohc like this and they are both running strong since, and its been a couple of years.
Also, you CANNOT check for straightness with a regular metal ruler.

Not really. It depends more on how long it was driven hot. A head can take a lot of heat before it actually warps. Casting temps on the head are pretty high to begin with.
i had bubbles and presure in the rad.
no oil or coolant mixing and no white smoke.
removed the head
i think it leaked at the 3 cylinder into the coolant chamber

in the front left corner there is some dirt that would come of.
it leaked oil before in that corner
i steelbrushed it and sanded it a little but i dont want low spots

How did you clean the surface? Sand paper? No,no!It should be as smooth as glass with no roughness to it. So should the head, other wise the headgasket will leak again.

If the gasket leaks then the head is warped and/or the block is warped.
The gasket will never leak without the above. That's the reason it leaked in the first place. This assumes the head has never been pulled.
the surface i cleaned with brake cleaner and clothing.
i sanded it 2 or 3 strokes in the right front corner because it was dirty there alot.
i coulnd hurt sanding it 2 a 3 strokes there
you should look at the bevore and afther picture,the dirt is stil there.
As long as the surface is smooth. Despite the moronic opinion that the head gaskets only leak when there is warpage,that is rarely the case.
MLS gaskets conform well to slight variations in head and block surfaces,however the coating on the gasket must remain intact. This coating(looks like black/blue paint) is a major part of the headgaskets sealing properties.
MLS gaskets rarely break,instead the coating erodes and comes off over time or in the event of overheating,typically at the cylinder sealing rings.
But if the surfaces of the block and head are rough,they will prematurley damage the HG during contraction and expansion.
You really need to straight edge the block. Dont know how many clowns over here dont do that end up with the same issue. Dont forget to check the head as well with the straight edge. Looks like it was leaking into both cyl 2 and 3. A good indication is how clean the pistons are. Also, I personally do not reuse headbolts.
i tried to bleed the car for an hour but stil tiny bubbels come out.
the fan kicked in like 5 times.
the bubbles are not like before i replaced the headgasket.
before there where big bubbles and these are tiny bubbels.
car didnt overheat ,car gets hot inside,no oil or coolant mixing.
doesnt drips oil between the block en head anymore
also the car smoked a little white\grey smoke but that could be because of the weather here.
and i cleaned the engine bay with water ,and sprayed some water into the testpipe
Timing belt and valve clearence are good.
thortle cable and dynamo and ps pump belt are to thight.
i have to fix this when im home.
engine also ticking at the front i think i have to adjust the ignition.
(or maybe thight belts)
also the exhaust sounds different.(not a misfiring sound)
so maybe a dizzy or idle issue
i did make marks when i removed id.
do you guys think its the gasket or do i have to bleed it more ?
also i replaced my old big heavy rad for the oem dxi (eg4) rad .
i have tested it with water to see if its not clogged.
but i dont think the test is good this way.
what could cause air into the coolant exept a failed headgasket
-i clamed the **** out to let the b serie hoses fit on the d serie oem rad
-could the Heather core causing problems ? ( no leaks seen)

Why would you possibly think that head gaskets leak just because. Can you do a magic spell on a head gasket and make it leak too ?
A head gasket will outlast an engine, as long as the car never ever overheats. You should know this. But I'm not surprised you don't since a lot of your opinions are so hilarious.
