2004 Odyssey headlamp problem
Hey people!
I just bought a very nice 2004 Odyssey EX but it has a headlamp problem that is driving me insane...
Every time I start the car from cold, the passenger side low beam will not come on until I open the hood, get out of the car, disconnect the headlamp harness and snap it back on. Then the headlight will work until I shut off the car for more than 30 minutes. After about 30 minutes being off, I have to open the hood and repeat the procedure.
Normally there is a plethora of info on all kinds of problems but I can't seem to get a straight answer from any of my regular resources. My first thought is a ballast problem but I can't tell if I have Halogen or Xenon?? Is there a way to know without pulling the bumper off and taking the assembly out?? What else would cause this symptom?
Any help you guys can provide is greatly appreciated!
Thanks !
