In same week my oil pump has been twice. What can be the problem.

I have b16 Honda engine. I use 84mm and t3/t4 turbo 16 psi. Last week oil pump's gear has been broken. I bought new oil pump and same problem has been ocurred two days later. What can be the problem? I use oem itr pump.

 

Do you have a ctr aluminum pulley?
Has the main journals been align honed?
Do you have an external oil cooler and run it at high rpms for extended periods?
