What exactly is wrong with the current engine? Are you sure it's not repairable?

When did we become people's personal shopping assistants?

This thread serves no technical purpose. Absolutely zero. You really should pay attention to the stickies. Had you checked the stickies, I wouldn't have to give you **** for screwing up, and a moderator wouldn't have to come through and fix you.

I was not asking for any one to do The shopping for me all i was asking was for recommendations for a good place to buy a low mile engine. i have searched threads on this forum praising HMO online but i wanted an alternative as they currently dont have any in stock tigerjapanese has many but boy have i heard Horror stories. I am a cellphone technician and people ask me similar stuff on the cellphone forums. I never refuse or get mad that some one asks a question like this because we have all been screwed in the past at some point and wouldn't like to see that happen. This is out of my area of knowledge that's why i came here because i heard people were a little bit friendlier than Most other civic forums. Sorry that it bothers you that much but All i ask was a recommendation. of an online place as most local Places here are shady and engines have too many miles on them 180-210
But i guess i will wait for hmo

to save you headaches with wiring and whatnot, get the same engine. It'll be hard to find one with low mileage since this is an older model civic. Best belt is find one of those rebuilt ones.
