Default Honda CRX HF engine swap questions and opinions

I have a few questions regarding an engine swap for a 1990 CRX HF. I want to swap the stock engine to a B16A since the stock HF engine only makes around 72 BHP and 83 lb-ft of torque. The B series swap will almost double the power. I was just wondering if the swap will be worth it or could I just add a turbo to the D15B6 even though it has around 150,000+ miles? Or maybe even look at a less powerful engine that still has a little over 100hp and around the same amount of torque so I can turbo it. I'm looking to turbo it either way (yes, even with the engine swap) but I won't be pushing crazy amounts of boost. I want the car to push less than 300hp or even 250hp. The goal for the car is to make it fun but not overly powerful. Just something fun on a back road but still reliable since it will be my daily driver. I'm not looking to race or push 600+ HP into a little 2000lb car. I want it to be almost balanced. Something that the power to weight ratio is about even. I will be looking to mod some internals later when I have the money just to make the engine a bit more bulletproof. Any suggestions would be great.

B16 in the EF chassis is very potent. I think you will have to upgrade the front brakes for B series axles to work though. I would also encourage a LSD when you do complete the swap. Make sure you don't get a LS transmission. At least get a GSR, B16 trans or ITR, CTR, these transmissions pair well with the engine, longer gears make a B16 feel slow.
