this is my first honda ive ever owned and i need to know what can i do to it to make it faster and stronger.and if someone can point me in the right direction.but also its gotta be cost effective cause i go to school and work part time.

First, go to http://www.redpepperracing.com and read the FAQ, read ALL of it. As far as increasing power, your hf has about 60hp, right? If you want to stay carbed (easier/cheaper) you can swap in an 84-87 USDM Civic/CRX DX engine (76hp), or an 84-87 CDM engine (85hp). If you are willing to convert to fuel injection you can swap in an 84-87 Si engine (91hp), or an 86-89 Integra engine/transmission (113-118hp). You should also definitely swap your hf tranny for either a DX or Si tranny, as that will make almost as much difference as swapping the engine. Again, it's all contained in the rpr FAQ, so read it thoroughly.
