i need to replace the engine in my 04 accord ex 6 speed. plenty of 03/04 3.0 v6 motors at local salvage yards, but they are mostly from accords with automatic transmissions. i will be removing my flywheel to be resurfaced and mated with a new clutch, but are there any other considerations if i use an engine that came from an automatic model accord?

Obviously the wiring harness is different, but something didn't I realize before attempting this is that the intake manifold is also different.

When I needed a motor for my 06 V6 6speed I got a motor from a junk yard not realizing it was from an auto. We had to swap the harness and the manifold over, but everything else was the same.
