Default b18c5 will not run on s300

Hello everyone,
I need some help with s300v3. I just picked up a 2000 gsr with a itr swap, it came with a chipped p28. It runs really rich on the chip (was boosted) so I got a new s300v3 and uploaded the base itr map. When I go to Rev the car around 3 to 4 k it surges and when I go to drive the car it almost gets to 2000 rpms it completely bogs down. I tried searching but noting I found fits my problem or people comment have you searched? So dose anyone know if I need to adjust something in s manager or is it a engine/car problem? I kinda rule out injectors, pump, clogged exhaust ect . Since the car runs on the chipped ecu.
The car has exhaust, header , 255 fuel pump, 310 rc ( adjusted in s300), in line pro fuel rail, and a fpr. So far I cleaned the iacv and I also tried unplugging it completely and I adjusted the duty cycle. I also replaced the plugs and I wired my wideband into d10 edl but no luck. If anyone has some advice or a link to offer I would much appreciate the help.

Thank you

you need to get the wideband working and datalog, it is common for base maps to run very rich for safety since the variety of what a build could be is huge.

The wideband is working, I tried to drive it and every time I hit 2000 rpms it cuts out. The car idles fine. During the datalog the only thing I noticed while viewing the graph is the injector line. When I hit 2k the inj line spikes straight down. The only error codes I get are o2 and engine load detector. Is the eld error from cutting the d10 to connect the 0-5v wideband input? I will post a video of the car tomorrow. Thanks

Turn the O2 sensor and the ELD sensor off and re-upload your calibration. Then, with the ignition ON and your laptop connected to the s300, click on the TPS tab and set your idle and WOT position voltage.

when the primary table is set to MAP; secondary is also set to map, the car will run and then it cuts out at 2k rpm. when I changed the primary to tps (alphan-n) and the secondary set to map with min map value of 1 kpa (closed) - max 100 kpa (fully opened) the dies and will not start.

From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

Alpha-N tuning is for ITB's... there is no reason for you to be using anything other than speed density (MAP) based tuning.

Did you have a check engine light/same codes with the P28 ECU ??? Are you tuning in OPEN LOOP ??? Make sure the O2 sensor is turned off so that you can get raw table output... and then see if the wideband display shows lean or rich.

What is your static fuel pressure (car running at idle, vacuum line disconnected from FPR and plugged) ??? What MAP sensor is connected to the car ??? Did it have the RC 310's installed with the P28 ??? If not, re install the stock injectors and change the injector size back to 240 in the tune.

(Alpha-N tuning is for ITB's) I missed that important bit of information in the tps help section, lol. static fuel pressure is 50 and 40 connected. It has a stock map sensor. The injectors are rc310cc running on the chipped p28 throwing the same codes. I have it set as closed loop-wideband input (voltage target) of 2.34v with 02 heater disabled. In closed loop advanced I have the input set to D10ELD with a 0v off set. my fuel and ignition maps are below.

OPEN loop for tuning... you are troubleshooting here, so take the O2 sensor out of the equation. It will still datalog the wideband readings without making closed loop changes to the fuel delivery. You didn't mention what brand wideband O2 sensor you have, but you may need to change the offset voltage to make it more accurate. Also, what is the OHM reading of your RC 310's ???

I have the aem wideband 30-4110 (Bosch 4.9 LSU wideband sensor) Im unsure of the OHMs, I'm sure they are saturated injectors but I will check when I get home later. thanks

Thanks JRCivic1, if you never told me to check OHMs on my injectors I wouldn't have noticed the TPS was replaced and the guy installed it incorrectly. he had the TPS notch on the top of the two TB notches not centered between the two TB notches( if that makes sense). I wanted to get her running on the s300 before I started the rebuild. thanks everyone for the help.
